The process involves empowerment, both individually and collectively, by placing the person at the centre of the process, as the expert of her own life.<br \/><br \/>15 to 20 sessions are offered (the number of sessions, frequency, and duration vary and are adapted to the person&#8217;s needs);<br \/><br \/>Support sessions can be held in person (at our La Malbaie offices or at our Baie-St-Paul service point), by telephone, or by videoconference.
