Free and confidential service offered to women or adolescent girls aged 14 and over who have experienced sexual assault;

The objective of the sessions is to help overcome the consequences related to sexual assault, whether recent or past. The process involves empowerment, both individually and collectively, by placing the person at the centre of the process, as the expert of her own life.

15 to 20 sessions are offered (the number of sessions, frequency, and duration vary and are adapted to the person’s needs);

Support sessions can be held in person (at our La Malbaie offices or at our Baie-St-Paul service point), by telephone, or by videoconference. Please note that we offer a carpool or taxi service for women who are unable to travel on their own (upon request).
