CALACS works closely with the school system (secondary schools, vocational schools, and the Centre d’études collégiales en Charlevoix). Several sexual assault prevention workshops adapted to the age and student realities of the groups met are offered. We are also present through information booths and awareness campaigns developed in partnership with student life services, student associations, complaint offices, teachers’ unions, etc.

Empreinte Program – Acting Together Against Sexual Assault

This sexual assault prevention program for secondary school youth, their parents, and school staff aims to reduce social tolerance towards different forms of sexual violence. We are present in secondary schools in the territory, according to the availability of our resources.

Offered in three areas: : training for school staff, workshops (6) for youth, and video clips for parents
Animation program in schools for secondary levels 2 to 4 (ou: grades 8 to 10)
Six (6) workshops: : Sexual assault, consent, disclosure and support, youth empowerment, hypersexualization and sexual stereotypes, sexual exploitation
