    Sexuality and the Perinatal Period

    This training is for women who are in a perinatal context (period surrounding pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal).

    To do this, we aim to :

    • Inform participants about changes that may be experienced in the relational and sexual intimacy of partners surrounding the arrival of baby;
    • Discuss ways to rediscover healthy sexuality, respecting our pace and our limits, through our lived experiences and personal experiences.
    Sexual Consent (Teenagers)

    The objective of the workshop is to consolidate knowledge about sexual consent among youth and develop their critical thinking.

    For ages 10-12 :

    Talking about sexual consent through a crossword game facilitates exchanges on the subject and is adapted to their age. Workshop facilitated by a counsellor.

    Duration : 1 hour
    Activities :

    • Definitions of sexual consent
    • Giant crossword game on definitions related to sexual consent

    For ages 13-17 :

    Duration : 1 hour
    Activities :

    • Definitions of sexual consent (we asked youth to define them, more dynamic than theoretical),
    • Role-play where we must state whether or not there is sexual consent in the interaction between the two youth.
    Intimacy and Sexuality in the Context of Disability

    The objective is to open a space for discussion and exchange on issues of relational and sexual intimacy in the context of disability.

    • With work teams or with their clients;
    • Variable duration, depending on needs;
    • Free.
