For CALACS de Charlevoix, it is essential to create and consolidate links with community organizations in its area, other CALACS, and feminist movements, with the goal of bringing actions together, establishing common or complementary practices, creating links with partners, and promoting our roots in the community. It is crucial to work together in order to effectively defend women victims of sexual assault(s) and to promote equality and justice. Participating in these collaborative tables also raises awareness of the CALACS service pathway and facilitates better referrals from our partners to our services.

To do this, the CALACS work team participates in several collaborative tables and representations. Through these representations, CALACS de Charlevoix advocates, in particular, for the unique character of autonomous community organizations as well as adequate financial recognition of these organizations.

CALACS is a member of the following coalitions:

•  Regroupement des CALACS (RQCALACS)
•  Regroupement des groupes de femmes de la Capitale-Nationale (RGF-CN)
• CALACS also participates in several collaborative tables and working committees to exchange on various issues related to improving women’s living conditions.
